Cooking with a MasterChef

Imagine the exotic flavours of Egypt, the aromas from Mexico, the tangy zest from Cuba, and the creaminess of Middle East infused with our Indian spices. These were the mouth watering flavours in the dishes created by Chef Shazia Khan, runner up of MasterChef India, at a recent food tasting event.

Chef Shazia Khan, runner up of MasterChef India, whipped up a mouthwatering five course meal at the food tasting event held by Prestige TTK.

Shazia experiments with nouvelle cuisine, concentrating on the usage of fresh ingredients and less on the spices. “I try to use ingredients which are available in every household. The recipes are simple but tasty. I love to experiment when I am cooking. It almost feels like a love-affair”.
